Terms & Conditions
  1. Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.  Extended warranty may be available, e-mail (finestmotors@yahoo.com) or phone us at 216-475-8585 for details.  No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
  2. Processing fees: All vehicles sold are subject $250.00 dealer fee. This represents the costs incurred with inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting new and used vehicles. This fee also covers preparation of all documents, titling, temporary tag and registration fees. All payments must be completed prior to delivery of a vehicle.
  3. Finalizing your Purchase: When an agreement to buy a vehicle is reached the buyer must pay Finest Motors a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500 or greater in order to secure the vehicle. Within next 7 days the buyer must send balance of funds by wire transfer, cash or bank certified funds to Seller.  At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller within 5 days of the date of purchase.  Please do your due diligence before committing to the contract, because all sales are final and there will be no refunds issued of any kind.
  4. Taxes: We collect and process all required taxes where applicable by Federal or Ohio State Law. You will only have to pay sales tax once. The buyers who weren’t charged sales tax by Finest Motors are responsible for all the state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
  5. Titles: Generally titles will be available within 30 days from the receipt of full payment. Subject to delays out of the control of the Finest Motors. Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 14 days or until funds have cleared.
  6. Buyers Inspection: Finest Motors welcomes a buyer’s inspection. Inspection fees if any are Buyer’s responsibility.
  7. History reports: Finest Motors wants you to make an inform decision about buying our cars. Prior to buying we may provide or recommend obtaining reports from, third party motor vehicle history companies such as Carfax and Autocheck. These reports may disclose the prior vehicle history, including the existence of prior accidents or damages to the vehicle.
  8. Vehicle condition: Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Prior to buying you should know that used vehicle might have some wear or minor imperfections (interior, exterior) because it is used and has been driven. Please keep in mind that mileage on some vehicles may be higher as they may be driven/test driven while they are being sold.  In some cases vehicles may have had some previous paint and bodywork. Normal scheduled maintenance may be needed on some used cars (wipers, batteries, brakes, tires, etc). 
  9. Accessories: Please note that not all cars come with floor mats, original manufacturer manuals, second sets of keys and etc. If you do not see these accessories on our pictures there is a chance that we do not have them. Please call us prior to buying at 216-475-8585 to verify.
  10. Shipping & Delivery:
    1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Finest Motors may help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
    2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements may be provided by Finest Motors as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Finest Motors.
    3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
